Buttermilk Pancakes
Makes 8 medium size pancakes
- 1 egg (med.)
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- In medium size bowl place all ingredients and stir well until mixed.
- In a hot skillet plate 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
- Then add 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.
- Flip pancake when browned and cook other side.
