Caesar Salad Dressing

Yields about 2/3 cup

  1. In a food processor, blender, or by hand, whisk together the anchovies, egg yolk, garlic, Parmesan, vinegar, lime juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
  2. With the machine still running or while whisking, slowly add the olive oil.
  3. Taste and add additional salt and pepper as desired.
