Diamond Head
Makes 2
- 3 oz gin
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- 1.5 Tbs apricot brandy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg white
- spirals of lemon peel
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into two cocktail glasses.
- Serve with some spirals of lemon peel.
