Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

Makes 1/2 gallon

1 pint heavy cream
1 cup milk
12 oz frozen dragon fruit
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 dashes of salt

Pulse frozen dragon fruit in a food processor.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Chill before freezing, as needed.
Freeze using an ice cream maker.
