Easy Apple Crumble

Serves 4-6

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Make the apple mix:

  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, cook butter until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and all-spice.
  5. Cook, stirring, until fully combined.
  6. Add apples and raisisns.
  7. Cook 3 minutes.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Make the crumble:

  10. In a separate mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, flour, salt, and diced cold butter.
  11. Use your hands to massage in the butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
  12. Add apple mix to a baking dish.
  13. Spread the topping over the apples and gently pat to even out.
  14. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 40-50 minutes.
