Fish House Punch
- 2/3 lb sugar
- 1/2 qt water
- 1 qt lemon or lime juice, or combination of the two
- 2 fifths 1,500 ml of dark rum
- 1 fifth 750 ml of cognac
- 2-3 oz peach brandy
- Dissolve sugar in a punch bowl and stir in citrus juice.
- Put a large block of ice in the bowl and add other ingredients.
- Allow the punch to brew about two hours, stirring occasionally.
