Fried Rice

Makes 3 servings

  1. Lay bacon in frying pan and fry until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. With the bacon drippings in the pan stir fry onions for 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice and stir fry for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon to the pan.
  6. Reduce heat and stir.
  7. Pour eggs on top of rice mixture.
  8. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
