Gluten-Free Cake
- 1 pack 1 lb sweet rice flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 or 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix ingredients well.
- Pour into a cake pan.
- Bake for 54 minutes or until surface is golden.
