Income Tax Cocktail
Makes 1
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- juice of 1/4 orange, squeezed right into the shaker (about 1/2 Tbs)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Shake in a iced cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
