Jack Rabbit Cocktail

Makes 1

2 oz apple jack

Use apple brandy if you can't find apple jack (or prefer).
1/2 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain.
Garnish with an apple wedge.
