Meat Sauce

  1. Put all but the onions, garlic, meat, and oil in a large pot.
  2. Begin simmering for 1.5 hours.
  3. While Simmering

  4. Brown onions and garlic lightly in oil in a large sauce pan.
  5. Add meat and cook until it loses color, stirring with a fork.
  6. Add the meat, onions, and garlic into the pot with the other ingredients.
  7. When Done Simmering

  8. Remove bay leaves
