Meat Sauce

2 medium onions, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 Tbs olive oil

2 lbs ground beef

2 6 oz cans Tomato paste

7 cups 2 1 lb, 12 oz
cans tomato juice

1/2 tsp ground basil

2 bay leaves

Put all but the onions, garlic, meat, and oil in a large pot.

Begin simmering for 1.5 hours.
While Simmering
-
Brown onions and garlic lightly in oil in a large sauce pan.

Add meat and cook until it loses color, stirring with a fork.

Add the meat, onions, and garlic into the pot with the other
ingredients.
When Done Simmering

Remove bay leaves
