Miso-Sesame Glaze
Makes about 2/3 cup
- 3 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbs white miso paste
- 2 Tbs corn syrup
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- Whisk vinegar and cornstarch together in a small saucepan until cornstarch has dissolved.
- Whisk in miso, corn syrup, sesame oil, ginger, and coriander.
- Bring mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Transfer glaze to bowl.
