Pisco Sour
Makes 2
- 4 oz Pisco
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 6 ice cubes
- 4 oz simple syrup
- Angostura bitters
- Combine all ingredients except bitters in a blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into 2 rocks glasses.
- Garnish each with 2 drops of Angostura butters.
