Popovers
Makes 12
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease muffin tin with spray. Be sure to coat all the corners.
- Put all the ingredients into blender and cover.
- Blend on medium for 25 seconds. Stop and scrape sides as needed.
- Pour into greased muffin tins.
- Bake for 40 minutes and another 5 minutes, if needed.
- Serve hot.
