Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
Makes about 1 quart
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir until the sugar is disolved.
- Freeze in ice cream freezer.
- Store in freezer 2 to 4 hours before serving.
