Rum Balls

  1. In a large bowl stir together the vanilla wafers, confectioners sugar, cocoa, and nuts.
  2. Blend in the corn syrup and rum.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. Roll balls in confectioners sugar.
  5. Store in an airtight container for several days to develop the flavor.
  6. Roll again in confectioners sugar before serving.
