Sazerac
- 1 3/4 oz cognac
- 1/4 oz absinth
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Perfume a tumbler with absinth.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Pour the other ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour away the absinth and ice.
- Strain the drink into the prepared tumbler.
