Sazerac

  1. Perfume a tumbler with absinth.
  2. Fill with crushed ice.
  3. Pour the other ingredients into a mixing glass.
  4. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Pour away the absinth and ice.
  6. Strain the drink into the prepared tumbler.
