Soy and Vinegar Dipping Sauce
Makes about 1/4 cup
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs Chinese black vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil, or substitue chili oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, black vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Transfer the sauce ro small sauce dishes and serve.
