The Pendennis Cocktail
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 2 or 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- Shake in an iced cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
