Cinnamon Scotch Sour
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 1 or 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake until cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
