Hearty Lasagna with Meat Sauce
- 1 lb lasagna noodles
- 3 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Meat Sauce
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain.
- Mix eggs into the Ricotta cheese.
- Arrange in a 5 quart shallow pan, putting a little sauce on the bottom them making layers of noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and Meat sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
